We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale between Company and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation e-mail.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products appearing on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

- Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all the Products that require to be physically sent to the customer’s address.
We offer free insured shipping for all orders. Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item(s) is(are) dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
– USA: 7-14 business days
– Canada: 7-14 business days
– UK: 7-18 business days
– Australia: 7-18 business days
– Europe: 7-18 business days
– Rest of World: 14-20 business days
Max delivery time – 45 business days.
Shipping time may be delayed or changed according to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
Company is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
- Return and Refund
This policy applies to all the Products that require to be physically sent to the customer’s address.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
